The Licensed Clinical Counselors of North Carolina (LCCNC) invites organizations, institutions, and community partners to join us as sponsors for our 2026 Annual Conference.

This hybrid conference will bring together approximately 300 licensed clinical mental health counselors, supervisors, counselor educators, graduate students, researchers, advocates, and behavioral-health leaders from across North Carolina for two days of learning, connection, restoration, and community-building.

A Message From Our President

We are excited to announce our 2026 Annual Conference to be held in beautiful downtown Charlotte, NC October 10-11, 2026. Our Conference will have sessions dedicated for sponsors/exhibitors and more space to network and showcase your brand to hundreds of clinical mental health counselors from all over the state.

Our 2026 event will be larger and more prolific than in previous years. Sponsorship Interest Form

SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITOR TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

The LCCNC 2026 Annual Conference will be held October 10-11, 2026 at the Downtown Marriott in Charlotte, North Carolina. All Sponsors/Exhibitors, their employees, agents, contractors, and subcontractors agree to comply with the Sponsor/Exhibitor Letter of Agreement. 

We understand that this application becomes a contract when accepted and digitally signed. This completed form is considered binding on both the Sponsor/Exhibitor and the LCCNC Conference. All spaces, other than Main Sponsors, will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis and at LCCNC‘s discretion. LCCNC will send all correspondence directly to the Sponsor‘s/Exhibitor's authorized representative as indicated. 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Sponsorships are non-refundable. Exhibitor requests for cancellation and refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances pending a written request to Astra Czerny, LCCNC President at President@lccnc.org. Deadline - September 1, 2026. 

ONLINE EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR REGISTRATION 

Exhibitor and Sponsorship Registration (with payment by credit card or check) is currently open and is available online. Please go to the LCCNC website's sponsorship/exhibitorship website (LINK) to register! If payment by check is necessary, please contact Astra Czerny, LCCNC President at President@lccnc.org to arrange for an invoice. The deadline for sponsorships/exhibitorships registration and payment is September 15, 2026 to avoid forfeiture or a $250 late fee.
